Arianne Hainsey is an accomplished Instructor with the College of Professional and Continuing Studies who offers a unique perspective shaped by her professional experiences and cross-disciplinary expertise. As a polyglot with a cross-cultural life experience, Arianne leverages her language skills and cultural fluency to understand the complexities in multinational leadership environments. Her professional background spans project management, pedagogy, and instructional design.
Arianne consistently receives high praise from her students, who cite her dynamic teaching and dedication to student success. Her current research focus is on organizational leadership dynamics in multinational settings, cross-cultural crisis leadership, and the impact of emerging technologies on global teams. Through her research, she aims to prepare students for a variety of organizational environments.
Arianne’s curriculum for the College of Professional and Continuing Studies focuses on multinational organizational leadership, including courses in Multinational and Cross-Cultural Operations, Project Leadership, and Virtual Collaboration. Her courses emphasize applied learning through industry case studies, scenario-based challenges, and authentic communication practice – all designed to help students develop their unique leadership identity.
