Dr. Will Reed is an assistant teaching professor with a diverse background spanning military leadership, corporate consulting, and applied business strategy. A former U.S. Army Captain, he led and developed operations for over 170 personnel before transitioning into industry roles at 3M and Samsung, and later founding his own consulting firm.

His instructional focus centers on applied leadership, organizational strategy, and capstone business experiences—especially those that immerse students in real-world challenges. Dr. Reed has been instrumental in fostering military-industry partnerships and community-based consulting projects, which now inform his hands-on approach to teaching.

His research interests explore organizational culture, psychological safety in the workplace, and leader-member exchange theory. He is particularly focused on how leadership practices influence employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational behavior. At CPCS, he is committed to building bridges between theory and practice, helping students lead with clarity, confidence, and empathy in evolving work environments.
